Christopher Peter Meloni has been an acclaimed American actor throughout his career. Most famously, he is famous for his roles was in "Law & the Special Victims Unit". He identified his interest towards acting in his early days at the college classroom and then studied acting in The University of Colorado at Boulder. While he's appeared on film and television but it was his character in the smaller screen which gave him popularity and much admirers. He's been able to effortlessly play roles of characters who are from both sides of law to grab an audience's attention. In his very first TV production, he played an infamous serial killer. Later he portrayed the role of an NYPD Investigator. In recognition of his performance on tiny screens, he's received numerous nominations for the prestigious Emmy Awards as well as PRISM Awards. His most attractive facial feature is thought to be his striking blue eyes. They are believed to be a trademark and help in portraying the rough and savage characters with a sense of humour. People's magazine listed him as one of the Sexiest Men Alive for 2006.
